Jaw Crusher

The jaw crusher is suitable for the breaking of raw materials of unburned bricks.

It mainly consists of racks, moving jaws, eccentric shafts, slabs, brackets and other components.

The motor rotates the eccentric shaft through the V-belt, so that the movable cymbal moves according to the adjusted track, thereby breaking the material in the crushing chamber.

The motor drives the belt and the pulley, moving the squat up and down through the eccentric shaft.

• When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes larger, thereby pushing the movable jaw to approach the fixed jaw, and at the same time the material is crushed or chopped to achieve the purpose of breaking;
• When the moving down, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw leaves the fixed jaw under the action of the pull rod and the spring, and the broken material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber.

As the motor rotates continuously, the crushing maneuvering cycle motion crushes and excretes the unburned bricks material to achieve mass production.

Ball mill

The ball mill is the key equipment for crushing the material after it is crushed by the crusher. The ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, external gear transmission, two bins, lattice ball mill.

The material is uniformly fed into the first chamber of the mill by the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feeding material. The chamber has stepped lining or corrugated lining, which is filled with steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height. After falling, it will hit and grind the material.

After the material reaches the rough grinding in the first bin, it enters the second bin through the single-layer partition plate. The bin is embedded with a flat liner with steel balls inside to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge jaw.

The comprehensive performance reduces the production cost of the unburned bricks.

Sancang Batching Station

A mixing blade is arranged on the rotating arm frame in the mixing drum, and the material in the mixing drum is added to form a cross flow under the strong agitation of the stirring blade. This type of agitation is far more effective than the self-dumping mode, and is mainly suitable for agitating dry hard concrete.
